I was scared as shit to go into the “men’s” section of the weight room a few years ago, I was scared to use free weights and barbells because I had no clue what I was doing. I stayed on those damn cardio machines for TOO MANY YEARS & kept thinking I could walk myself “toned” 😬

Pick up those dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells or use those machines and get to WERK.

🤓Watch YouTube videos of form, research the hell out of the movements, hire a coach to help you get more comfortable and confident in the gym-do whatever it takes to get OUT of your own mind and into that weight room.
No one else cares what you’re doing there, I promise. Focus on YOU, what you’re supposed to do and take your ego out of it.
