You start thinking it looks weird and isn’t correct.

How many times have you done that with your body?

Pinched it, poked it, stared at it in the mirror wishing it would would just change?

Take a step back-stop bringing your eyes IMMEDIATELY to what irritates you on your body (for me, it’s my lower abdomen)

and start focusing on your daily habits.
I know, blah blah blah-shut up Cait I just want to look different.

I hear you!

But the journey to confidence in our skin comes from a plethora of changes and guess what-90% of them are MENTAL.

It is about the HABITS both mental-
“I can’t do this, I have no time, I’m never going to lose the weight, I’m not worth of love/attention, i don’t want to seem selfish”

and physical-
Not preparing your own food for some of your meals, hitting the snooze button 12 times until it’s too late for your workout.

that HOLD US BACK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can have the perfect nutrition & fitness plan for YOU (which I can help you with 👯♀️) but if we do not change how we speak to ourselves or allow ourselves to be a beginner and learn new habits (which I can more importantly help you with 💕) then you will always be a prisoner of your own mind.
