We are taught a lot of things in school, why aren’t we taught how to love ourself? 💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s not selfish, it is self care. We are bombarded with messages every minute of every day of how we are SUPPOSED to be.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Remind yourself of who you are before the world tell you who it thinks you should be.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A lot of women ask me for examples of affirmations so I’ve listed some below.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am worthy of (fill in the blank)
I can be trusted
I am intelligent
I have choices
I can take care of myself
I am strong
I can succeed
I am capable of change
I deserve to be happy
I am beautiful
I deserve love
I love every part of my life
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In the beginning, you may not believe these things about yourself, and that is okay. Write them down and/or say them out loud to yourself daily.

Full your mind with positive thoughts; you might as well be kind ❤️
