Stop holding yourself back.
Take a few less minutes on social media today and use it toward reflecting on what YOU need to do to move forward.

I had SO many women respond YES to a poll I did last week asking “do you need a mental reset”, and yet when I followed up, most said they hadn’t had time yet.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I get it.
We keep pushing it off bc we think it needs to be “perfect” or that it’ll take 30 mins & who has time for that?!

You don’t need to add another 30 min thing to your to-do list, but you DO need to take a few minutes for yourself.

I’m challenging you to take just these 2 steps this week:
1. Download the Headspace app and do the 3 minute meditation Mon-Friday
2. Set a timer on your phone for 5 minutes & write down 3 things you’re grateful for, 3 intentions for the day and 3 self affirmations. When the timer goes off-you’re done!
This takes 8 minutes and I know FOR SURE that you’ve been scrolling tonight a hell of a lot longer than that ♥️
