For years I struggled with confidence in clothes.

It would happen the same every time:
-grab a size i thought would fit me
-go try 16 things on, have a mini-meltdown in the dressing room
-hate every single one of them on me
-leave with something like a bag or earrings so it didn’t feel like SUCH a waste of a trip

Now, after years of macro tracking and knowing my way around the weight room in the gym, my confidence has spiked & every time I go into a dressing room I no longer see my flaws, but rather my new strengths I create everyday.

No amount of weight loss will automatically GIVE you confidence or a more positive mindset
-but it’s the ACT of showing up for yourself again and again and again, despite all of the setbacks you’ve experienced that brings you true confidence.
