When I would go on a “diet”, I’d only allow myself to choose from like 2 things and then get bored within 1.67 seconds.

STOP 🛑 thinking that you have to restrict yourself to lose weight. You can choose any of those for your carb count! (PS carbs are good for you btw). This why is counting macros changed my life 🙌🏻

Will some of those things fuel your body better and make you more full than others? YES, but if some days you eat potato and broccoli with breakfast and another day you have a bagel as you run out the door- YOU’LL STILL LOSE WEIGHT as long as your stay within your macros/calories.
