Just “eating healthier” will not inherently help us lose weight overall because in order to lose weight we specifically have to be in a calorie deficit consistently for a designated amount of time.

Do we have to track calories? No but if you want a faster & evidence based way of losing weight then tracking our intake will get you there!

Yes, weight loss will occur just by tracking calories and making sure we are in a calorie deficit BUT

then tracking macros is for YOU!
