We DO have to be in a calorie deficit in order to lose weight (& have healthy hormones!), so MOST days I recommend preparing/cooking food at home to fit your macros bc it’s lower calories, lower sodium, less processed & cheaper

So we make modifications to fit our macros for the day & voila! We’ll still lose weight 👌🏻

Don’t be so rigid in your weight loss process that you come to resent it. This is why I love macros and understanding food in regards to fats/carbs/proteins.

I highly recommend meal prep to make your weekly nutrition SO easy & streamlined, & every once in a while spring for the Postmates 💃🏼

Chicken salad with white rice (*gasp*!), fajita veggies, salsa and dat guac
-no cheese or queso (higher fats) bc I wanted the guac and no black beans or burrito bc I wanted the rice.
