It just won’t happen!

Continuing to eat out 4-6 meals per week (which is the reality for most people these days)

Without having concern for macronutrient balance (fats to carbs to protein)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Will leave us feeling sluggish, puffy, irritable, in a plateau, and frustrated that we’re not losing weight.

We NEED to change our mentality surrounding food and our habits if we want to become the best version of ourselves and it’s always a work in progress!

It will not take 2 months for you to get into the best shape of your life, so stop waiting to “diet” right before a trip then being let down because it didn’t work out the way you wanted and giving up.

Get up every day with a positive mindset, train for LIFE not just for “weight loss”, and always strive to evolve every damn day.

No, we aren’t meant to be in a calorie deficit forever but that doesn’t mean that we just stop caring about the macronutrient balance!

This diagram I’ve created is a CYCLE. When we have the desire to change, paired with adequate exercise, behavior changes, balanced macros and self acceptance it continues to provide results.
