If there one thing I want you to take away from my account, it’s that we ARENT meant to be in a deficit year round and that there are healthy ways to track your macros.

There are SO MANY accounts on IG that i see that are constantly pumping out info on low calories/macros without education behind them. They use macros as a front for very unhealthy behaviors.

We cannot be in a deficit year round. There NEEDS to be diet breaks, reverse dieting and mental breaks from tracking which is EXACTLY what i walk my clients through.

Tracking macros and flexible dieting are to be used as a TOOL to understand intake, nutrition and the foods/drinks we have in a daily basis-NOT as a form in constant restriction.
