What it will do is help you feel more full during your meals which helps with over eating (which is what leads to gaining weight).

Instead of focusing on slashing cals to 1200, simply add protein & a fruit or veg to each meal!

Foods that are higher in fats/carbs are very palatable meaning it’s VERY easy to over eat them.
Proteins & veggies aren’t the most *exciting* things in the world to eat but fill you up so you’ll typically eat less overall which leads to weight loss.

Not to mention, protein & fiber have hella benefits for our digestive tract, mental health, muscle health & immune system 💃🏼
