Well here’s how you can have a BOMB weekend and still stay on track:
💫Schedule in a workout on Saturday or Sunday. I’m all for rest days yes but being active on at least 1 of the weekend days will keep you feeling energized, less bloated, happier & keep your long term goals at the forefront when tempted by ALL the things 🥳
💫Meal prep! Want to wake up Monday morning feeling like you have your life together? Then you gotta make sure that you’re well prepared. Success doesn’t come from just wingin it 😅
💫Always have snacks 🤩 if you’re anything like me, you’re on the moveeeee on the weekends and ain’t nobody got time for playin games. Bringing some sort of protein bar or protein snack always helps keep my hanger (anger from hunger😈) at bay! The protein keeps us more full throughout the day so that we don’t reach for unwanted carbs and fats (that are wayyyy easier to overeat 🥞 am I right?)
