I share these NOT to scare ppl but to help those who FEEL like they eat really well but can’t lose weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
♻️I know how frustrating that is, I went around in circles for years until macros set me straight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✅It doesn’t matter if it’s “healthy” ingredients, 900 calories is still 900 calories for one meal.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If we’re trying to lose weight we have to burn more calories than we’re taking in and if we’re going out to restaurants multiple times per week then those add up SUPAAAA fast 😳
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍔I’m not saying to never go out to eat again, I love going out to eat!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏻But when we’re in a specified time of being in a short caloric deficit, preplanning and making adjustments like removing cheeses, heavy cream based sauces, knowing what foods are higher fats etc can make a huge difference.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🤟🏼Does our body respond better to Whole Foods? ABSOLUTELY.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💋Our bodies will definitely digest Whole Foods better than processed
🗣but if your whole food meals throughout the day take you OUT of your caloric deficit
👁then you’re not going to lose weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just something to think about after you crushed this week and are right on track before the weekend comes!

(PS the bun (carbs) contributes less than 200 calories and the fats contribute over 400 calories so, no, it’s not the bun that’s the issue!)
