Full day of eating out at restaurants!

If you followed my stories this weekend, I had family in town & we had a blast exploring the town!

But just bc they’re on vacation, it didn’t mean that I was on vacation so I definitely splurged a little bit but the majority of the time I made sure to help me feel my best 💃🏼

Here’s a snippet of my day on Saturday:
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍳Breakfast- egg white omelette (substituted whites instead of whole eggs), bacon, no cheese, 1tbsp oil (ALWAYS add 0.5-1 tbsp oil at restaurants), side of fruit.
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥛Snack while they were at breweries: premier protein
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥪Lunch while they explored Broadway: Panera steak sammy
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥗Dinner: vegetable dish with added chicken (asked for grilled shrimp but they messed up), 1 tbsp oil
•⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s not hard to reach your goals when you’re out, it just takes a little tweaking 🙌🏻 And the hardest part is the MENTAL component-not the physical.
