💥Breakfast ex: French toast- make it protein French toast w/lower calorie bread & egg whites/cinnamon/stevia & a slight drizzle of honey & some berries

💥Lunch ex: cheesy spaghetti w/meatballs- measure out HALF or 1 serving of pasta, top with frozen lean sausage crumbles & 1 serving Parmesan.
