Once I realized how many things are simply ~trash~
I started saving hundreds of dollars and putting that towards eating real food & coaches.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So what IS worth it:
1. Protein powder. We SHOULD be eating whole food sources of protein don’t get me wrong, but sometimes it’s not available. I’ve been obsessed with @1stPhorm for years (no I’m not affiliated). There are tons of vegan, organic, etc brands out there-try some out if you need a little assistance!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅🏼♀️But what about the fat burners? (They DONT work)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🧐But what about the greens powders? (They don’t beat the bloat long term, your consistent food choices do that)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
😬But what about BCAA’s? If you’re eating protein-you’re eating BCAA’s which are the building blocks of amino acids which are the building blocks of protein.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t waste your precious $🤑 dolla bills y’all.
I used to be the kween of supplements.
