Increase the portion sizes of lean meats that you are already eating!

Example: I normally have about 4oz of chicken breast with my taco wraps, but I was a little low on protein so I upped the portion to 6oz!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Went from 35g to 52g with no added prep time OR having to eat another source of protein 🤯
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Making mini adjustments like that will help you reach your goals faster! Don’t try to reinvent the wheel, loves 👌🏻

Wrap deets:
Flat out wrap
6oz cooked chicken breast
50g grape tomato (or peppers/onions)
60g Trader Joe’s reduced guacamole
(Took legit 4.5 minutes to put together)

Protein 61g (!)
Carbs 28g
Fat 10g
446 calories
