Sometimes, I really want to be that coach that says “hey losing 20lbs is super easy & won’t take any change from your current life at all”.

But I’m not that coach and the whole point, is that is DOES change your current life 💕
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because losing weight isn’t all rainbows and butterflies.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It isn’t just “eating cleaner” and exercising more for MOST people.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In order for MOST people to lose weight, it takes daily effort.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It takes daily mental change.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It takes tracking and it takes saying “no” to things sometimes in order to create a new life!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It takes daily patience and trusting the process and KNOWING that if you want to lose 20 lbs, it’s going to take probably at least 10-20 weeks (2.5-5 months) and that’s without vacations, holidays, long weekends etc.

Macros certainly makes weight loss easier because there isn’t a list of things you can or can’t eat, it helps you have a better understanding of nutrition and things like nutrition labels and portion sizes. But it’s still not “easy”.

I’ll never claim that it’s easy, it can be a real mind fuck sometimes.
But I WILL always always always say the process of becoming
🔥stronger
🔥healthier
🔥happier
IS WORTH IT, and I will be right here next to you walking you through the confusing AF times & that you WILL see results.
