1g protein *could add light almond milk for an extra 30-60 calories ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❎Right: medium caramel frappucino
15g fat 👀 (equal to 1 tablespoon butter )
67g carbohydrate 😵 (more than a bagel!)
It’s important to remember that liquid calories add up too 🙃
It’s not just the blended drinks that are higher calories, latte’s are around 200 calories and even just a double double from Tim Hortons is 230 calories.
These can add on hundreds of calories per week 🙅♀️.
☕️Fun as a treat every once in a while but if you’re actively trying to lose weight or watch your intake then easily swapping out those sugary drinks will be a great kickstart👌🏼
