🥞1 serving @birchbenders protein mixed w/water
🥞1 serving PB2 (powdered peanut butter) mixed w/water
🥞100g strawberries
🥞1 clementine
🥞230g egg whites

SUBSTITUTIONS you can make!
✨swap out egg whites for 1 scoop protein powder. I just love eating my egg whites. Same protein content.

✨swap out real peanut butter, it will just increase fat content of total meal.

✨swap out strawberries & clemtentine for any other fruit or veggie!

✨add sugar free syrup (I don’t use them anymore)

✨swap out BirchBender mix for Kodiak Cake or Krusteaz mix! (Or make your own!)
