First things first: are you reallllyyyyy in a plateau? Have you not seen ANY change in scale weight, measurements, progress photos, how your clothes fit, your strength in the gym etc?

🌻If you HAVE seen any sort of change (even if it’s minimal)- don’t change anything, keep going and be patient 💕

🌻If you HAVEN’T seen any change & it’s been 10-14 days and you’ve been CONSISTENT every single day during those 14 days then here’s two helpful suggestions:

#1. You could change up your exercises. For example if you are doing 3 days of 20 minute steady state cardio, then you could maybe increase it to 3 days of 30 minute steady state OR add in one day of HIIT sprints (20 seconds “all out” sprinting/60 seconds “rest” x 6-7 rounds).

#2. Decrease calories via carbs or fats by about 100 calories and be consistent for at least another 14 days and reassess.

If you haven’t been consistent for 14 days in a row & aren’t seeing results-then the first thing you need to do is be consistent for 14 days before changing anything 🔥
