We can’t spot reduce fat but we CAN work certain muscles to create shape.

Our calorie deficit is what determines if we lose weight, hands down.

You can’t choose to burn “bat-wing fat” (the area under the upper arm) but you CAN exercise your triceps, biceps and shoulders to create a more defined arm if that’s what you want.

This HAS to come through some sort of resistance training, we can’t just cardio our ways to defined and tight areas-we gotta lift those weights y’all!

I know cardio is easier and less scary/intimidating but if we want to change the shape of our bodies then we gotta force it to change shape 💃🏼
