Where my weekend workers at? The ones without a set routine for work?

The back and forth shifts? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
How can you focus on creating a healthier lifestyle if you can’t get down a set routine?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💙Prioritize sleep on the days you work multiple shifts in a row if you work 12-14 hour shifts. You’ll burn yourself out too much if you try to focus on anything else.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❤️On your days off, THATS when you hit the gym for a quick, efficient one hour workout to get that heart health blood pumping and muscle recruitment.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💛You meal prep like a damn champ. Trust me dudes I understand all you wanna do is sleep on your days off but taking just even ONE hour maybe two times/week will set you up for success.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🧡Realize your health needs to take precedent over pretty much everything else. You can’t take care of the rest of your family, your patients, your tasks at work if you are not giving your body the nutrients, rest and movement that it craves. You can’t pour from an empty cup ☕️.

I’d love to know, what do you do for a living? (Ps scrubs are the worst which is why I have 0 pictures of me in them 🙃).
