Romanian deadlifts have been a game changer for my lower body 🍑

(Along with consistency, progressive overload and getting out of a calorie deficit most of the year)…
But anywho, I typically do these with dumbbells at my sides but had cables at this gym!

Tips for this exercise:
🍑you want to think of “hinging at the hips”, or closing a door behind you with your butt. Not going down but rather BACK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍑you also want to keep a straight flat back and a neutral neck (no craning). Keep shoulders DOWN/away from ears.

🍑only go as far as you’re able to stretch before your back starts to curve, then work on stretching weekly to get more flexible and get a deeper stretch!
