I was gonna post a meal prep picture today, but chose to just shoot this out there instead.

-With all of the flashy deals
-all of the pressure from social media to do ALL of the “holiday things”
-all of the outside forces pushing you to spend money on shit you don’t need,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Or going out for drinks you don’t want to drink or food you don’t want to eat just because “it’s the holidays”…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just remember that it’s okay to say “no” for your own mental health.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s okay to work on YOU through this holiday season.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It’s okay to be struggling a bit and to incorporate healthier habits like exercise and therapy to invest in, instead of the “latest hip gadget”.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 things I ask you to reflect on tonight. Seriously take 5 minutes & write down the answers to these insanely important questions:
1. What do I have to temporarily step away from starting today in order to get to where I *truly* want to be 3 months (March) from now?
2. How can I stop “people pleasing” (such as not allowing family members/friends to make us shrink back into old habits)?
3. How can I work on ME this holiday season so that I’m not burnt out emotionally, physically or financially?
