🌟3/4 serving oats
🌟1/2 serving (7g) chia seeds
🌟A few fresh/frozen berries (35g)
🌟1/2 scoop-1 sccop protein powder mixed with 3/4 cup milk of choice
🌟1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌟 1/3 cup milk of choice

Directions:
🍯mix protein + milk in shaker
🍯pour over other ingredients in mason jar
🍯Mix together
🍯Pop in fridge overnight
🍯Top with Greek yogurt + almond slivers
