MACRO FRIENDLY STAPLES I Always Have On Hand

OVERNIGHT OATS🍯
Who doesn’t love these adorable little jars of delicious health?!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients:
🌟3/4 serving oats
🌟1/2 serving (7g) chia seeds
🌟A few fresh/frozen berries (35g)
🌟1/2 scoop-1 sccop protein powder mixed with 3/4 cup milk of choice
🌟1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
🌟 1/3 cup milk of choice
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
🍯mix protein + milk in shaker
🍯pour over other ingredients in mason jar
🍯Mix together
🍯Pop in fridge overnight
🍯Top with Greek yogurt + almond slivers
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Takes less than 5 mins and you’re set with a protein packed, portable, delish breakfast 💁🏼‍♀️

🎊Benefits of chia seeds: omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, calcium & magnesium, and will make the mixture thicker (they will expand overnight) 👌🏻
