Non-scale victories (NSV) are the fckin best & what I tell all of my clients to focus on. We all start somewhere, so take note of EVERY aspect of progress, not just the scale.

Right is me today, after a few years of lifting weights and learning macros. When I say those 2 things are life changing, I’m not being dramatic.

In the past 668 posts on this IG account, I have never ever shown this angle bc it has always been one of my biggest insecurities but fuck that-were all a work in progress.
Trying to put muscle in this 6’0 frame has taken YEARS but it all adds up, babe!

I tell my clients to start a notes list in their phone of all NSV & refer to it anytime they feel down!
Who’s gonna start doing that?🗣
