If there’s 1 thing the last 6 months have taught me: NEVER take your health for granted.

I love lifting, I love getting stronger, I love seeing my body adapt and change & the past few months I’ve hardly been able to, so I’ve had to really focus on positive mental habits to pull me through & know that things will ALWAYS get better ♥️

Grateful to be up, out of bed & able to nourish my body with this chicken & berry salad wrap (forgot to say no cheese so scraped it out 😅) & side of fruit today!
