These are my “main” staples!
We don’t buy lots of chips, cookies, sweets, candy, soda, etc
because when we do-we eat more of it!
I know this plan doesn’t work for lots of people but it’s what works for us!
If we want snacks, we have to actively go get them; not jump to the pantry to grab something & mindlessly snack while standing in front of the fridge 😅 #beentheretoooften
Sometimes we’ll get some ice cream or chocolates or crackers too! But these are are basic staples for the majority of the time.
