My favorite part of Abbie’s story: she’s not a macro robot; she’s incredibly social in her personal life & job which she thrives at,
she loves her nights out with friends
& concerts
& getaways
and at the same time…

🔥Over the majority of 2019 she’s worked hard as HELL on loving herself enough to challenge herself in different ways with nutrition & lifting (not hating herself through it).

🍻She’s still gone out with friends but instead of having X amount of drinks she’d have 1 or 2

🥕Or meet up for post-work happy hour, pass on the fried wings & come home to her prepped meal she made for dinner & enjoy both her social life AND her macro life so she FEELS GOOD.

✨She’s worked on the mental component of transformation which is the HARDEST part ‘ watching her evolve & grow into a more loving woman to HERSELF has been the best part of being her coach.

🙋🏼♀️This lifestyle doesn’t come “easy” for her, she wakes up every morning & continually CHOOSES herself time & time again, even when she wants to give up for a few days.

She’s so open & vulnerable & reaches out to me for help and she gets REAL LASTING RESULTS 💕; not some 4 week challenge BS.
I still get to work with her during this crazyyy time & I’m so grateful.
