Meal prep sundayyyyyy! 🥳 What we have on the menu this week:

My breakfast:
Protein oats with frozen fruit + PB (same as always bc it’s the BEST)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kevs breakfast:
Bacon & cheese egg white cups on a toasted English muffin with laughing cow cheese!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My Greek lunch:
4oz Grilled chicken
50g grape tomatoes
50g red pepper
50g cucumber
1/4 serving dry couscous (makes 1/2 cup cooked)
-will top with Trader Joe’s tatziki sauce each morning
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Kevs lunch:
4oz grilled chicken
100g broccoli or 100g Brussels sprouts
150g roasted potatoes
Red onion
-will top with BBQ sauce, ketchup or Bolthouse farms ranch ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We also made ground turkey that well use for dinner along with chicken sausage.
You don’t NEED to make chicken for lunches but it makes our lives 100x easier 👌🏻
