Meal prep MYTHS debunked:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅♀️Too Expensive
✅Meal prep actually saves time as you as not ordering out lunch multiple times/week and can save a bunch of money using coupons, buying in bulk and using farmers markets!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅♀️You can only eat chicken/rice/broccoli
✅You can literally make ANYTHING that you want 😀 choosing whole-nutrient-dense foods for most of your big meals will ensure you hit your goals whole staying full! Choose carb + fat + protein.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅♀️Time consuming
✅None of my preps take more than 1.5 hours on a Sunday and you can even split it up on Sunday and Wednesday to even out the week!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🙅♀️Having to eat the same thing everyday/every week
✅I do this out of convenience and switch up my lunches weekly but it is NOT necessary. Some people choose a different dinner everyday and just make double so they have enough for their lunch the next day!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🌶I made stuffed bell peppers with Babybel cheese for lunch this week;
🥔Kev had his usual chicken, broccoli and mashed potatoes.
🍯Breakfasts are BetterOats + almond butter + frozen blueberries + protein powder because it’s the GOAT breakfast and can be eaten anywhere 🙌🏻

Find what works for YOU and/or your family. If you don’t like something dude, don’t force yourself to eat it ✌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
