Okay now for the deets:
🥞1 serving Kodiak cake mix
💪🏻1 serving protein powder
💦Wata
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am not interested in recipes with 40000 ingredients so these are as easy as they come:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1️⃣Mix protein & Kodiak cake mix
(The protein you use DOES matter!!! @1stphorm Ice Cream Sandwich is the best for mixing)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣Then add water slowlyyyyy &

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Getting the consistency you want.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3️⃣Spray a heated skillet with 0 cal cooking spray, pour half the batter on & add 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips. Then do second half with the second 1/2 tbsp chocolate chips.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4️⃣Top with whatever!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I always recommend adding some sort of fiber with every meal such as these raspberries (fiber bombs💣)

Protein: 36g
Carb: 53g
Fat: 9g
Fiber: 13g

*you can make lower carb by using 1/2 serving of Kodiak cakes
