2️⃣Snacks high in protein: Laura’s lean jerky (so good!), protein powder to make protein coffee ☕️ , protein bars, protein drinks like Premier Protein or Fairlife Protein Shakes, protein cake bites, and Greek yogurt!
(almost EVERY gas station has Greek yogurt)

3️⃣Snacks high in crunch: mini flavored rice cakes & apples

4️⃣Snacks high in fiber: mini bell peppers, carrots and green beans for that crunch with carrot hummus (lower fat) and fruit salad! (Diced yogurt blueberries/strawberries/blackberries/watermelon etc)

5️⃣Snacks to stay hydrated: flavored water & crystal light
