is that you know how to balance a meal and NO FOODS ARE OFF LIMITS 😍
👉🏻We focus on the 80/20 rule meaning MOST of our daily food intake comes in the form of nutrient dense foods
(vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats)
🍫And a small portion of our intake comes from a bit more “fun” foods to keep our lifestyle sustainable.
🍑(YES, we should alllllll be eating more nutrient dense foods so make sure the bulk of your meals are from slides 2, 3 and 4!)
