You’re breaking down the muscle tissue in your body so much so that you’re losing muscle mass.

So the 10lbs that you lost is probably mostly muscle.

Why does that matter?

Muscle mass increases metabolism!

The 10lbs you lost wasn’t all “fat” & it’ll be much easier to gain right back bc your metabolism is lower now thanks to running it all off (been there!),
meaning you aren’t burning as many calories anymore
= weight rebound 👎🏻

Higher body fat percentage means looking softer (aka not “lean”), not to mention the health problems &
-ultimately means that everything you’re trying to achieve is being done in vain which is a shitty feeling 🙅🏼♀️

Protein & carbohydrates are what keeps our muscle mass strong and fats are what helps keep our hormones healthy to be able to absorb those nutrients & send them around the body, so
