I vividly remember taking this picture on the left, I was happy with it! But the happiness drained when I would eventually stop running every other day & would gain back whatever weight I had “lost” instantly bc I had no nutrition knowledge & only ran!
Now? I’ve lost over 20 lbs 2 years ago and have KEPT it off 🙌🏻

🤦🏼♀️not eating past 7pm
🤦🏼♀️not eating before noon

NONE of that worked because it wasn’t suited for ME.
