Kindness is assessing first, WHAT thoughts you have regarding yourself & your beliefs in:
💛right vs wrong
💛history & what we’ve been taught
And then taking those thoughts & assessing if they correlate with who you WANT to be. Wherever you’re feeling the most resistance-start there!
