Cheers to you who honored yourself in some way this week, in my post workout endorphins even though I disliked every single minute of that lift: I still did it anyway.

Sometimes I get really in my head and talk myself out of something.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-what if my workout isn’t that great?
-what if I fail that interview?
-what if my business isn’t successful?
-what if they don’t want to be my friend?
-what if I make the wrong investment?
-what if that’s the wrong move?
-what if, what if, what if?!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(Anyone relate? 🙋🏼‍♀️)

Just TAKE ACTION.
Messy, imperfect action.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because if we stay stuck in our heads: we always lose 💕
👉🏻Reminder: it’s the little daily habits that we practice that lead to entirely different lives.

but all I can do is show up & maybe remind you that you are worthy of so so so much & to not hold yourself back 🥰
