How many calories are you currently eating right now per week?

Find that out FIRST.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Then find out how many calories you need in order to lose weight.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THEN STAY THERE day in and day out to create new habits for a few weeks or months until you lose the weight.

Then get back to your maintenance calories to keep the weight off.

You DONT NEED calorie cycling, intermittent fasting or keto or whatever the hell else. These things are just TACTICS to keep you in a calorie deficit but for the majority of people they just confuse and exhaust you.

Make it easy on yourself.
Start s-u-p-e-r simple.

If you can’t be consistent eating 1 number of calories every day per week how do you expect to have multiple targets on different days (calorie cycling), have restrictions on WHEN you can eat (IF), and cut out all carbs (keto)?!

Stick to one number (or one set of macros, because macros = calories) & be consistent until you reach your goal then get the hell out of a deficit.
