♦️make you say “no” to certain things that will cause you bloating and weight gain
♦️get you hyped up to go into the gym when motivation has left
♦️choose going home to cook instead of going to happy hour for the 3rd time that week.

Your WHY needs to be much deeper than that.

What do you REALLY want?

🙏🏻Will feeling more confident lead to better production at work, leading to a better position and feeling more purposeful in your life?

🤩Will feeling more purposeful lead to you feeling happier day to day?

THOSE are the feelings you need to focus on.
Those are the TRUE reasons you want to start your weight loss, not merely trying to squeeze into those damn jeans, right?
