I used to buy meal plans allllll the time 😬. I would buy them from someone who I “wanted to look like” because I assumed if I ate like them, I could look like them, right?!

(macronutrients: fats/carbs/proteins)
& helping them understand 🙋🏼♀️THEIR specific individual needs when it comes to intake calorie needs.

🤦🏼♀️Just because SuzieQ-lean-queen-machine eats 3 tiny meals per day all “clean”, it does NOT MEAN that you should be eating that too.

When you purchase a generic meal plan without taking into account your calorie needs based on your height, weight, gender, age, and dieting history you are keeping yourself stuck.
🤔(Think about this-someone who is 250 lbs has VERY DIFFERENT NEEDS than someone who is 150 lbs & those meal plans don’t account for that)

😤Sure you might lose weight for 4-6 weeks but then where do you go from there? You PLATEAU.

Just like cheating helps us pass the test only currently, actually LEARNING the material makes us successful in the long run.
