When I was literally so desperate to lose weight, I def didn’t want to mess around with carbs bc everything I’d ever read told me they’d make me gain weight-everything.
Anddd then I learned about some very specific questions that changed everything:
1️⃣What kind of carbs are you eating?
2️⃣Do you know how to track your carbs?
3️⃣Have you looked at how many carbs are in what you’re eating so you have a basis to go off of?
💡If you’re having more processed food than maybe you’re realizing, then that would be the issue to why you don’t feel the best…
💡Or maybe your carbs are too LOW and you keep trying to go lower to see if that will help…
💡Or maybe the carbs your eating are also high in fats which is causing the issue…
🗝You see, there are very little circumstances where carbohydrates THEMSELVES are the issue, and in actuality are very highly needed for the body to run all of the systems going on inside you every single second.
