How to easily find YOUR calories for weight loss:

You only need 2 calculations:
1️⃣How many calories your body burns by just living aka BASAL METABOLIC RATE (BMR)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣How many calories you burn doing daily activities such as workouts and your job aka TOTAL DAILY ENERGY EXPENDITURE (TDEE)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
There are <<scientific>> formulas you can use to figure this out-which you can find on the internet FOR FREE and it takes less than 2 minutes 🤘🏼 yaaasssss #blessed.

💻Go into google
type in BMR AND TDEE
💡tons of calculators will show up. Try out a few and get a range for your numbers.

Then- for weight loss simply decrease your TDEE by 15-20% and consistently hit around that number 👌🏼

If you want fat loss (versus just weight loss overall):
start looking into macronutrients (fats, carbs, proteins) because using THOSE numbers will help you see better fat loss compared to just weight loss overall.
