How often are you changing your workouts? It’s easy to see a workout on IG and try it out the next time you’re at the gym, switching continuously.

Doing this could be a reason you are not seeing the results you want. Choosing workouts to hit all of the muscle groups in the same way for 4-6 weeks will force the muscles to grow and help you see progress.

Once those few weeks have passed and you’ve been able to increase in strength, reps, time under tension, or sets then you can move onto other exercises.
