One of my clients asked me how I stay motivated when stuck at home & I said:
We always only have 2 choices:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Allow our circumstances to drown us
Or
2. Rise the hell up
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We can’t control what’s happening to our world right now which is unsettling.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But there are a few main things we CAN control:
1. Rest
2. Movement
3. Nutrition
4. Hydration
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
These are always important but over these next several weeks of social distancing (& impending quarentine)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💪🏻We can either come out of it stronger by focusing on our nutrition habits, making healthy balanced meals at home, getting a few walks in per day & doing some sort of at home workout and drinking alllll the water.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥵Or we can come out of it weaker by drinking excessively, stocking up on unhealthy foods and being sedentary.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥰We can use this time wisely! The #1 complaint I hear about macros is it’s too time consuming. What do we have right now?
