💦Get yo sweat on: family parties galore this weekend make it tough to get an hour workout in so modify it with a 20 minute at home HIIT workout to get that blood pumping and endorphins-a-flowin. Message me if you want a good one!
🍸For alcoholic drinks: skip the sugary mixers. My fav is KettleOne and water and sometimes I’ll bring a crystal light packet.
🥞Before heading out for the night, have a snack high in protein to have a great base. My favs are Greek yogurt + strawberries or a Kodiak cake mug cake #cakewithcait
Lastly, be conscious with your decisions. We make the better choices because we want better results. Enjoy time with fam and friends and make sure to be present 🙋🏼♀️
