It’s a scary place to be in at first bc it means we gotta give up our comfortable bubble & adjust the things that we think make us “happy” in the moment (not completely give up!)

We have to question our habits.

❗️We have to say no to things more than we have been- NOT because “skinny” 🙄,
but because these things simply, truly are not making us feel good anymore.

✅And have to say yes to more things like movement, rest, reflection, routines, balanced meals, hydration,
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💞Most people have absolutely no idea just how AMAZING they can feel on a daily basis just by tweaking their current habits in order to create a lifestyle that still allows them happiness WHILE allowing feeling great 👍🏻

It’s not about constant restriction but rather recognizing that maybe how you’re living right now isn’t where you’re meant to thrive, and be vulnerable enough to make those hard changes☀️
