Many people wrongly assume that after one 12 week period of dieting they’re going to get the “body of their dreams” but it absolutely does not work like that.

It’s normal to go through phases of slight surplus/maintenance and calorie deficit to continually work on building and sculpting our bodies.

This is a lifelong journey.

Taking care of our nutrition, our mindset and our physical activity is THE most important thing that we can do in this life.

It is literally our #1 job.

Those that depend on us NEED us to be continually working on ourselves so that we can show up better to those around us.

Being physically healthy is VERY different than just aesthetics which is why we aren’t meant to live in a calorie deficit forever.

Keep showing up for yourself over and over and over again.

Whatever phase you’re in-ROCK IT.
Enjoy it any way that you can.
Learn something new about yourself during this phase.
Do your best and know that it’s only temporary.
