🚫Mainly because there are heinous messages telling women to NOT EAT FRUIT because it “has too much sugar” and will make them fat?!?

🤔This huge surge of “bloating” and digestive issues over the last several years is in correlation to the decrease in fruit & veggie consumption of our society.

❌NO, a greens powder will not replace eating fruits and vegetables.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌A fiber supplement is not as good as the real food.

💯If we want to have less “bloating” then we need to give our bodies the tools to naturally heal itself…aka fruits & veggies 🙌🏻

✅Stop listening to people who say there is too much sugar in fruit. This type of sugar has absolutely nothing to do with processed sugar.
✅Stop listening to people pushing supplements at you without first assessing your food & nutrient intake.
(Remember, they make $ off of you buying it)

You CAN lose weight while eating fruit and lemme tell ya: you’ll feel a helleuva lot better/more full/more energized AND healthier if you do.
